Example tables for the optional QC parameters fiv_max_by_weight and bin_fcr_limits of qc_config().

  • fiv_max_example(): maximum feed intake per visit (g) by breed ("YY", "LL", "DD") and 10 kg body weight class from 20 to 140 kg.

  • bin_fcr_example(): plausible feed conversion ratio per 10 kg body weight class from 30 to 120 kg.

The values come from in-house quality-control scripts of a pig testing station, not from the literature. Check them against your own data before use.

fiv_max_example()

bin_fcr_example()

Value

A data.table. fiv_max_example(): breed, weight_from (kg), fiv_max (g). bin_fcr_example(): weight_from (kg), fcr_min, fcr_max.
