定时运行

schedule_monitor() 做两件事：

  1. 写一个 R 脚本：读取导出文件夹中的全部文件，运行 run_monitor()，把 HTML 报告和 Excel 工作簿写到 out_dir/<最后一天>/；
  2. 让它每天定时运行：Windows 上注册到”任务计划程序”（需要 taskscheduleR 包），Linux 和 macOS 上打印一行 crontab 配置。

任务名默认为 tidypptsdm_monitor，脚本 tidypptsdm_monitor.R 保存在 out_dir（可用 script_dir 改），taskscheduleR 会在旁边写运行日志。删除任务：

Linux 和 macOS

同样调用 schedule_monitor()，它会打印一行，例如：

运行 crontab -e，把这一行加进去即可。tidypptsdm 不会自己改动 crontab。

只写脚本

register = FALSE 只写脚本，可以手动运行、放进别的调度工具，或者先检查一遍：

脚本是普通的 R 代码，参数写在 run_monitor() 的调用里，需要时直接编辑。手动运行一次：

注意

  • 报告按最后一个完整的日期命名：导出数据的最后一天如果是今天，取昨天（见 run_monitor() 的 end_date）。所以把运行时间设在导出之后即可，当天的数据不完整也不影响。
  • 文件夹中的所有导出文件每次都会重新读取。文件很多时，可把早已结束的批次移到别的文件夹。
  • 列名与默认格式不同的导出，在 ... 里传 station = "nedap" 或 "fire"；需要格式文件时，修改脚本中的 run_monitor() 调用，先用 read_station(folder, format = ...) 读入。
